You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorized use.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use the service in violation of applicable law. Enterprise customers may have additional acceptable-use terms in their order form.
Intellectual property
Cage AI and its licensors retain rights in the service, branding, and related materials. Customer data remains yours subject to your agreement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cage AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. For services provided under a signed agreement, liability caps and exclusions in that agreement control.
